About Rockrose Technical Services ltd

The company was set up in April 2020 by the lifelong friends and directors Mike Sheerin and Dr Lee Healey to capitalise on the unique skillset of Mike Sheerin within the Telecoms industry.
Throughout Mike’s career he has successfully undertaken a myriad of roles within the industry worldwide and as such understands the processes needed to take a proposed site from coordinates on a map through to fully commissioned and audited operational mast.
Since April 2014 Mike has been using his own company Sheerin Engineering Limited to act as a consultant to some of the biggest names in the industry. 
Dr Lee Healey FCCA has been an accountant in practice since 1997 he recently sold his accountancy practices to look after the financial affairs and planning of Rockrose Technical Services Ltd. 

We are currently offering civil engineering services within the telecoms and EV industries. We have built complete Greenfield sites, from initial survey through to completed site inclusive of access tracks, compound fencing, concreting & landing of towers, mono poles & all cabinets & associated steelworks. We also undertake site surveys to trial holes to swap out of 5G cabinets and pole root creation, pole landing and site commissioning.
Our team of workers have knowledge of all aspect of mobile phone masts from the ground up and within each team is a auditor who has been reporting on 3rd party sites over the last 3 years.
Our auditing team continue to audit at height and ground level as independent inspectors under the watchful eye of Mike Sheerin.
